What size is A4 paper in mm and inches?
A4 is 210 x 297 mm, which is 8.27 x 11.69 inches. It is half the size of A3 (297 x 420 mm) and twice the size of A5 (148 x 210 mm). A4 is the standard UK size for letters, forms, reports and most office printing.
What is SRA3 paper and why do printers use it?
SRA3 is 320 x 450 mm, slightly bigger than A3 (297 x 420 mm). Printers use it so there is space for crop marks and bleed, which let artwork run to the edge of the page. After trimming, the finished size is usually A3 or smaller.
What is the difference between A, B and C paper sizes?
A sizes are for general paper and printing. B sizes sit between A sizes and are used for posters and books. C sizes are for envelopes: a C5 envelope (162 x 229 mm) holds an A5 sheet, or an A4 sheet folded once.
